Villa is well-situated walking distance from beaches and restaurants but in a secluded residential area. Very clean and well equipped. Outside space is fantastic pictures don’t do it justice. Would definitely stay again.

We have just stayed for 10 days in the villa and I cannot say a bad thing about it. It is everything you could wish for. The outside area’s fantastic and you can get sun all day by the pool. The TV has the best selection of channels we have encountered while staying in a villa. The video channel has all the latest movies. Great location walking distance to the beach, restaurants and a massive supermarket sells everything you need. 20 minutes drive to Paphos and there are a shopping mall and lovely restaurants by the marina. Thank you for Making our trip to Cyprus memorable & thank you, Chris and Rachel, for letting us stay in your wonderful villa.

The property is stunning with well-kept grounds and pool. We have stayed at the villa two years in a row now and I found it very relaxing and enjoyable. Villa is well situated within walking distance of all amenities we also found the villa to be very well equipped clean and tidy.

A beautiful villa contemporary and spacious good location to local amenities. As this was our first family holiday for many years with a teenager and adult child we thought we may run into arguments however this couldn’t be further from the truth. The layout of the villa enabled us to spend time together as a family or have time to relax on our own. The facilities were excellent both inside the Villa and outside gardens at the front and back, the pool was a refreshing treat from the heat. The villa itself was in a good location to the beach, supermarkets, restaurants and pubs. I would definitely recommend this villa to anyone wanting to get away, relax and be free from overcrowded noisy hotels a must for anyone visiting Cyprus.

Beautiful villa in lovely grounds we stayed at the Villa in late June early July on arriving at Villa I had left my daughters suitcase in Paphos airport. I didn’t know what to do so phoned John who is Rachel and Chris’s villa contact for any problems what a lovely helpful man he was. Not only did he pick up my husband in his car and drive back to Paphos roughly an hour away but on his return showed him the local beach and the good places to eat.
The villa is lovely I had some small issues with the Aircon in one of the bedrooms the air conditioning guy (John) attended the next day and fixed the problem.
We experienced a heatwave while there which made walking to the supermarket very hard going on reflection I should have hired a car I didn’t go out as much as I would have because it was so hot.
I did manage a bus to Paphos harbour one day but couldn’t face it coming back so got a taxi. Restaurants along the strip are very welcoming we had my 22-month-old granddaughter with us and the waiters and waitresses always made a fuss of her

Amazing villa made our holiday complete
The villa has everything we could wish for to make a holiday complete. The interior is very modern and clean with fantastic views from the balcony. The pool and gardens were spacious and comfortable. Rachel was very helpful through the process of booking our holiday. The villa and gardens really do have a wow factor and made our family holiday complete. We have been to Coral Bay many times and this is the best stay we have ever had. Will definitely return to this lovely villa and would recommend to anyone there’s no need to look anywhere else as it is everything you could ever want in a quiet area 10 minutes walk from a large supermarket and Coral Bay with its lovely restaurants. Many thanks, Rachel and Christopher for sharing your home. I look forward to coming back soon
